Ethel Rose Cutler is listed in Davenports Art Reference and Price Guide and Who's Who in American Art. Ethel is a painter and studied with Chase, Lekakis, Staffel, Kuniyoshi and Brodovitch. She was born in 1915 and is still painting today. In Davenport's her works sold for $950 to $1,350 at auction.
